We deliver in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, and support customers through buying essential items such as prams and cots, creating memorable moments for families.
We are looking for a Concession Store Manager for our Dundee Concession Store, based within the NEW NEXT store on the Stack Leisure Park, to lead and inspire the store team and drive a exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the Mamas & Papas store team (c3 supervisors, c5 sales assistants) to deliver the very best customer experience.
* Create and utilise commercial sales reports and apply local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness.
* Utilise current and future trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPIs for the store.
* Embed the brand values in daily operations and maintain the store to a high standard within the concession partnership with NEXT.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Retail Store, Assistant Store Manager, or Deputy Store Manager role where customer service is prioritized.
* Ability to lead and develop teams, with ownership of store performance and creative autonomy to influence outcomes.
