A growing organisation based in Redcar is looking to appoint a Finance Analyst to support its expanding finance function. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or finalist accountant, particularly those with practice experience, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet and variances)
* Weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis
* Monitoring revenue, utilisation and costs against forecast and budget
* Managing fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
* Advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting
* Supporting finance system and software implementations
* Improving financial processes, reporting and forecasting accuracy
Skills & Experience
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
* Practice background highly advantageous
* Strong Excel and analytical capability
* Confident communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
