Our client is a much-loved ladies fashion brand who have been able to create great fashion favourites and ensuring they are constantly evolving to ascertain their success in the market.


We are looking for talented Established Buyers / Senior Buyers with experience across Accessories (bags and soft accessories) to join them on a 12m FTC.


This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your ability and your entrepreneurial mindset to drive the team, delivering stand out commercial ranges:

* Management of various brands within the business, tailoring the product accordingly, showcasing awareness of both the brand and its customers to build profitable ranges.
* Strategically planning the product range in alignment with anticipated trends, considering range planning, pricing strategies, and seasonal fluctuations.
* Collaborating effectively with the Merchandising and Design teams to create a customer-centric, commercially viable, and inspiring product range.
* Guiding the department from a trend analysis standpoint to inform and educate Senior Management on significant trends
* Regularly reviewing the product range with the Merchandising team to ensure that the selection is commercially viable and responsive to sales performance.
* Focused on achieving results, with the capability to identify and realise additional growth opportunities for the department.
* Travel as required to Uk and global suppliers, visiting trade fairs to ensure you are bringing to life exceptional product ranges


Our client is looking for someone who:

* Experience of working at an Established / Senior Buyer level within Own label Buying.
* Experience working with womenswear Accessories, including Bags, within a similar role, with proven success of driving a profitable department, delivery exceptional customer focussed ranges
* Excellent communication skills being able to effectively communicate across the business, including with key management and stake holders
* Agile and adaptable, with proven team management experience
* You will have a diligent and well organised work ethic, with excellent negotiation skills and excellent experience of supplier management
* Be a self-starter and motivated as well as excellent problem-solving skills



This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.


We can consider candidates looking for 4 days a week, however this will be with 3 days in the office and 1 day from home.
