GSL Education are seeking a skilled MFL Teacher to work in schools across Doncaster, with opportunities in DN2 and DN6, delivering lessons that make learning a new language enjoyable and meaningful. As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that encourage speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a foreign language, while fostering curiosity about cultures and traditions. Key Responsibilities of MFL Teacher: Deliver well-structured MFL lessons aligned with the curriculum Encourage speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the target language Promote cultural awareness and appreciation Maintain positive behaviour and an engaging classroom atmosphere Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as MFL Teacher Ideal Candidate requires: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a school setting Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
