* Basic salary of up to £31,000.

Our client, a leading commercial vehicle specialist, is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor to join their team in Derby.
What will the successful Commercial Service Advisor do?
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
* Book appointments and schedule work for the workshop team.
* Provide accurate quotations for services.
* Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
* Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
The successful Commercial Service Advisor will have:
* Experience acting as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
* Confidence using Kerridge.
* A considered approach to customer service.
* Customer relations experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* IT competency.
The successful Commercial Service Advisor will get:
