Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
* Assist in analysing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
* Support upselling initiatives by engaging with clients and promoting additional products or services.
* Provide multilingual support, particularly in Spanish and English, to enhance customer experience.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
* Prepare reports and summaries based on analysis findings to aid strategic decision-making.
* Maintain organised documentation of all operational activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in data entry, analysis, or administrative roles is preferred.
* Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
