What does the role involve?
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract. Working as a member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. To set you up for success, you'll receive industry-leading training to familiarize you with our systems, processes, and customer-first ethos.
Once you've completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the option to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Some of your key duties will include:
* Handling inbound calls from customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Supporting customers with vehicle quotes or order queries
* Liaising with specialist teams within Novuna to help resolve customer queries
What are we looking for?
You're passionate about delighting customers and take pride in providing excellent service. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent eye for detail, and enjoy taking ownership of queries to resolve them.
Additionally, we look for:
* Passionate individuals who can deliver exceptional experiences
* The ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport with customers
* Strong computer literacy skills and confidence in learning new systems
