About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, driving growth by identifying potential customers, developing pipelines, and booking qualified meetings for the wider team.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Researching and identifying new business opportunities across a wide range of industries
* Making high-volume outbound B2B calls to engage potential clients
* Promoting the organisation\'s services to decision makers and highlighting value propositions
* Qualifying prospects and securing appointments for senior colleagues
* Working towards monthly targets across new business, accounts, and appointments
* Building your product knowledge and professional sales skills through structured training
What We\'re Looking For
* At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in telesales or business development
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Proficiency in Maths, English, and Microsoft Excel
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* A positive attitude with a genuine hunger to learn and succeed
