Our client in Irthlingborough and Northampton is looking for an Administrator (HireDesk) to join their team.
£12.26 per hour
Working hours: 8am-4pm / Monday - Friday
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain a spreadsheet recording all plant movements.
2. Deal with all telephone enquiries from customers and colleagues, raising the contract on Smart Office with a valid order number and correct rate.
3. Obtain detailed information from customers requesting plant, off-hiring plant, or reporting breakdowns (site address, date and time required, nature of breakdown) and site contact details.
4. Source and re-hire external equipment ensuring both best price and quality.
5. Liaise with depots to ensure that plant is available.
6. Prevent invoice queries by ensuring contracts are raised accurately.
7. Use Smart Office to locate plant and verify correct rates are being used.
8. Report errors on rates to Major Account Managers.
9. Produce weekly reports for customers showing all plant movements.
10. Attend occasional meetings with Major Account Managers.
11. Identify opportunities to secure additional revenue through add-on sales and converting off-hires into hires.
12. Liaise with Major Account Managers, providing updates and performance reports as required.
13. Prepare weekly reports for Major Account Managers and customers.
