£120,000 - £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential

This advisory platform already sits within a substantial accountancy and professional services ecosystem across the UK, with thousands of existing client relationships, embedded referral routes and a significant amount of untapped transactional opportunity.
There are already:
* established accountancy relationships
* internal referral channels
* dedicated origination support
* offshore lead generation infrastructure
* existing deal flow
The opportunity is not “build Bristol from scratch”.
The infrastructure already exists.
The focus now is bringing in commercially credible advisers who can build relationships, convert opportunities properly and help scale a Lead Advisory platform in the South West.
This role will suit someone who:

* is frustrated by increasing bureaucracy within acquisitive firms
