This role is within the Civils division, specializing in civil and infrastructure projects such as earthworks, section 278 works, and rail freight.
The Role
The position involves joining the commercial team on a large civils project or managing your own smaller project, focusing on the financial and commercial aspects of the site. Responsibilities include:
* Issuing and managing subcontract tender packages.
* Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Reviewing contract documents.
* Maintaining relationships with supply chain subcontractors.
* Attending commercial review meetings.
* Supporting client valuation submissions and managing the variation account.
* Managing subcontract accounts from procurement to final account.
* Preparing and evaluating claims for variation works.
Benefits
