The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.

Role Overview
As a Domestic Assistant, this role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and colleagues. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential to the overall wellbeing of residents and contribute to a comfortable and supportive home.
The role involves carrying out a range of domestic duties across the home, including cleaning living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces to a high standard. Attention to detail is key, ensuring all areas remain hygienic, well maintained and pleasant.
Working alongside the wider team, the role also supports laundry processes and helps create an environment where residents feel at ease and cared for. This is a hands on role where consistency, reliability and pride in work make a real difference to daily life in the home.
