About the Company
We’re supporting our client, a global, leading capital equipment (medical) manufacturer based in Wirral, who are looking for a Head of Commercial Growth to join their growing team.
Pay range and compensation package
£80,000-£95,000 range

About the Role
The role is to be focused on developing people, improving structure, and driving sustainable growth in NHS and private healthcare markets.
Responsibilities
* Deliver agreed revenue and margin targets
* Strengthen CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
* Improve pricing consistency and commercial governance
* Invest significant time in field coaching
* Develop sales managers and emerging leaders
* Raise baseline capability across the team
* Embed accountability and performance standards
* Partner with Marketing to refine segmentation and messaging
* Strengthen proposition clarity across core product lines
* Support service-led commercial development
* Establish structured weekly and monthly operating rhythms
* Introduce practical tools to improve deal hygiene and visibility
Qualifications
* Degree-level education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is desirable.
Required Skills
* Proven experience leading healthcare or MedTech sales teams
* Evidence of delivering revenue and margin growth
* Strong coaching and team development capability
* Comfortable operating within NHS procurement environments
* Builder mindset with pragmatic execution focus
* Exposure to international markets and distribution management is desirable.
