Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Cobham. The Sous Chef will assist in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Additional tasks include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with the head chef and other kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service to clients and customers.
Qualifications
* Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
* Supervisory skills and ability to manage kitchen staff
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health and safety regulations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Culinary degree or relevant certification
* Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory role is a plus
