Territory: South Central - Bucks down to South Coast
Products: General Surgery, Reconstructive, Colorectal and Plastics
Proven sales experience in a theatre-based medical device role is essential.
Liaising with Consultant Surgeons and Theatre Managers you will be on territory, maintaining, existing and negotiating new business. You will be required to present to medical staff and support their use in the operating theatre during surgery.

THE ROLE : As Territory Sales Manager, you will work with new existing customers. The portfolio offers a diverse range of surgical products including; breast reconstruction, lymphoedema, hernia repair and fistulas. Field based role, out seeing customers daily.
* Enhance existing business relationships and build strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Provide direct product support in the operating theatre and lead clinical evaluations
* Identify and support the development of Key Opinion Leaders in the territory.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven sales experience in a theatre-based medical device role (essential)
* Background in plastics or vascular sales is highly advantageous
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary - £40,000 - 50,000
* Commission/Bonus - £18,000 + accelerators
* Car or car allowance of £9,000
