You’ll manage the development and activation of integrated brand, communications, and campaigns, ensuring our social media strategy and content support our brand objectives. This is a 12-month FTC.
This role suits someone with in-house campaign management or agency experience working on integrated, consumer brand building campaigns including PR, social, content, and influencer activity to support a campaign platform.
At AXA, we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attending our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients, or industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage the development and delivery of our brand and partnership campaigns, working collaboratively with neighboring teams.
2. Develop agency briefs and collaborate with relevant teams and agency partners to strategize and execute creative platforms and channel plans.
3. Champion the role of insight within our campaigns, keeping up-to-date with the latest research, and developing a deep understanding of our segmentation models and drivers.
4. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of activities to optimize delivery and plan future campaigns.
5. Develop communications strategy and annual plan, aligning with activity in other AXA entities.
6. Activate consumer PR and thought leadership campaigns, working with our corporate affairs and reputation teams.
7. Manage agency partners to ensure effective delivery and output.
8. Maximize communication and campaign integration within the business for consistency across audiences and touchpoints.
9. Build effective customer journeys and integrate channels for connected, meaningful stories.

What you’ll bring:
* Extensive experience delivering high-profile, integrated campaigns across various channels.
* In-house or agency experience on consumer brand campaigns.
* Deep understanding of earned, owned, shared, and paid media channels.
* Excellent project, people, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing large-scale budgets.
* Analytical and creative thinking skills, with ability to interrogate data and campaign performance.
* Collaborative mindset for co-creating work.
* Confidence presenting to C-Suite and key forums.
* Passion for advertising, marketing, and health.
