Eastern Palliative Care Ltd (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

Permanent 0.95 EFT (8 hour day shifts, 9 day fortnight).

To be successful, you MUST have the following:
* Proven experienced palliative care leader with current contemporary clinical skills
* Min. of 5 years recent experience in palliative care
* Excellent communication, creative and innovative with problem solving and decision-making skills
* Focused on building a high performing team
* Experience in delivering care via telehealth, including ability to support staff with adoption of technology
* Ability to champion change management
* Competency with common computer applications
* Current VIC Driver’s license
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
* Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care
The following would be desirable:
* Post graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards
* Experienced in developing and directing and delivering new projects.
* Energised by opportunities to introduce new processes and innovation.
* Demonstrated interest in palliative care in aged care
