Job Summary
Due to our continuing expansion, we require Qualified Early Years Practitioners who have Level 3 Childcare qualifications to join our busy nursery, experience with babies and children up to 48 months is required.
Level2/3 in Health and Social is NOT a recognisable childcare qualification.
The position available is 32/40 hours over 4x 8 hour days or 4 x 10 hour days per week

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood Education and a genuine love for nurturing and developing young children. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Duties
* Manage daily activities and routines within the nursery setting.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play.
* Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment that promotes health and well-being.
* Hardworking and a dedicated professional, who enjoys working with young children.
* Enjoys reading stories and sing with the children.
* Enjoys getting messy and creative with the children.
* Be motivated and imaginative and able to challenge and inspire all children to achieve their full potential
* Part of a dedicated team of professionals, who provide the best early years care and education,
* Professional, reliable and a team player
* Be a key worker for a group of children.
* Qualified to minimum Level 3 in Childcare, ideally with post qualifying experience. Level2/3 in Health and Social Care is NOT a recognisable childcare qualification
* Confident in their knowledge of the EYFS
* Flexible to the children's needs.
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for early years education and the development of young minds.
* A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity.

You must be able to work hours between 7.15am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
