Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team CHCP. Our Practice Group comprises of the Quays, Riverside Medical Centre, and East Park Practice, delivering GP services to over 20,000 patients in Hull, including special allocation patients. We are an APMS practice providing extended hours and are actively engaged with fellow Practices in the VENN PCN. We are a training Practice committed to delivering high quality integrated and accessible services for all inclusion groups and our population practice.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and forward-thinking GP to join our well-established practice as a Salaried GP.
Responsibilities
* Surgery consultations and queries including face to face, telephone and online consulting and triage.
* Visiting patients at home.
* Managing incoming correspondence including pathology and prescriptions and dealing with associated queries.
