About The Position
We are currently recruiting casual Youth Workers who are committed to improving and supporting the daily lives of young people in our care.
About You
* Flexible, tolerant, patient, organised, reliable, and punctual.
* Able to act with integrity in stressful situations.
* Committed to young people and understanding the factors affecting their lives.
* Ability to follow policies and procedures.
* Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
* Willing to travel to regional locations.
* Desire to collaborate with clients for the best outcomes.

Responsibilities Include
* Empowering young people to make positive and informed life choices.
* Assisting with daily routines, domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
* Administering medication and implementing behaviour support plans.
* Writing detailed and accurate daily shift notes.
* Following organisational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety.
* Becoming a valued member of the WorkPac team for our clients.
What You Will Require
* Full NSW Driver's Licence and a car.
* Comprehensive or Third Party car insurance.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* At least 6 months of recent paid experience as a Youth Support Worker in a residential setting.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Minimum Cert IV in Youth Support or Diploma of Community Services.
* Evidence of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations.
* Current availability to work.
