Brady Insurance Service Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Accounts team.
Position Details
* Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
* Schedule: Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm)
* Location: Enniskillen
* Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will:
* Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities
* Reconcile company accounts and assist with financial reporting
* Handle basic administrative tasks and general office duties
* Respond to queries from staff and external providers
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to a smooth-running office
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) including English Language and Maths, or equivalent qualifications
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Has strong communication and organisational skills
* Can work professionally in a fast-paced office environment
* Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
