Asset Management, Client Reporting Specialist, Associate - London, job post. This role is with J.P. Morgan Asset Management and supports the European Sales and Marketing teams, Client Account Managers and Products teams in delivering first class service to clients. The EMEA Client Reporting Team provides Reporting and Client Service support across all product groups and strategies for EMEA Institutional investors and Funds’ clients.

Job responsibilities
* Onboard new client reporting, attend client meetings as required.
* Interact with key stakeholder groups including Investment Specialists, Portfolio Analysis Group, Client Account Managers, Client Advisors, Sales Teams and the Client Onboarding Management team.
* Resolve client queries promptly by coordinating with relevant internal groups.
* Collaborate with Client reporting partners in Mumbai and Bangalore to ensure smooth transition of new reporting to BAU; act as key point of contact for those teams.
* Work with the Client Reporting Data and Platforms team to identify problem areas and work with automation specialists and tech partners to address data and system gaps.
* Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise, simplify and automate processes to develop scalable solutions for complex client requirements.
* Contribute to and manage vendor relationships as required.
* Maintain a clear focus on managing client assets and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns.
* Provide coverage across investment professionals delivering strategies spanning equity, fixed income, cash liquidity, currency, real estate, hedge funds and private equity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Understanding of financial markets, preferably with reporting experience; knowledge of investment accounting and performance/characteristics data sets.
* Ability to review data and reports with high accuracy and quickly identify data and format issues.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly-evolving reporting requirements.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Self-motivated, curious, and proactive; able to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn and use multiple internal technology systems.
* Creative, flexible, and motivated with strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
* Project management experience with solid planning and pragmatic execution would be a plus.
