This job opportunity is with a pioneering company in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, specializing in AI-integrated contracting. They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate in Shrewsbury.

Role Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Collaborate with in-house legal teams on international deals, procurement, marketing, and other legal matters.
* Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with delivery processes.
* Update and manage data in company and client systems.
* Assist in developing contract templates and legal tools.
Candidate Requirements
* Law degree or legal qualification, with eligibility to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working directly with clients and understanding of commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms.
* In-house legal experience is a plus.
