What You'll Love About This Role

Working Conditions
As a Construction Technician, you'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and at different heights. Expect to be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, and other elements. Standing is required 50-70% of the time, and travel, including overnight stays, is a regular part of the job. Overtime, including weekends or on-call work, may be necessary as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Valid Driver's License: A satisfactory driving record is essential.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide comprehensive training.
* Skills:
o Ability to differentiate wire sizes and colors, with close and peripheral vision.
o Physical capability to lift 75 pounds and operate a 28-foot ladder.
o Comfortable working in tight spaces and various physical positions.
o Familiarity with computer systems and software.
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic math skills.
* Knowledge of basic testing equipment (e.g., ohm meters).
* Commercial Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one.
