Your new company
Hays is partnering with a local council who are seeking a HR Assistant to join their busy team based in Norwich. This is a temporary position to last until the end of December, although the vacancy is likely to be extended or made permanent. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload.
Your new role
* Assisting with full employee life cycle, including on-boarding/ exit interviews
* Broad spectrum of HR administration
* Assisting with HR enquiries from the wider business
* Updating HR records and HR database
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 6 months HR experience is essiential
* Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this
* Hard-working and highly organised
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
