What We Do: Housing Support : Each year, we provide accommodation to over 700 individuals at risk of homelessness or facing barriers to independent living. We don’t just offer a place to stay; we offer comprehensive support to help our residents build confidence and essential life skills. Health & Wellbeing : Our vibrant centre in Bath offers a fully equipped gym, fitness areas, and a wide variety of classes. Youth Clubs & Nurseries : With 12 youth clubs and 8 Ofsted-registered nurseries, we help children and young people grow, develop, and prepare for their future. The Role: Accommodation and Support Worker (16) As an integral member of our support team in Street, you will: Support young people aged 16 in housing projects and within the community, helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently. Provide hands-on assistance to those not yet housed by helping them identify, secure, and set up accommodation. Guide young people through each stage of their housing journey, focusing on their health, safety, achievement, positive contribution, and economic well-being.
