Pay Rate:
* £12.45 per hour - Day shift
* £13.75 per hour - Back shift
Shifts: Ongoing Day shift or Back shift
* Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
* Back shift: Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm, and Friday, 2pm-6pm
Our client in Cambuslang is seeking a motivated Construction Operative to join their team within a busy construction-focused production facility. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, groundwork, trades assistance, or a similar hands-on environment. You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment
2. Confident using or learning to use hand and power tools
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
4. Ability to work safely and meet daily targets
