What You'll Do Be the quality champion on the night shift - making sure food hygiene, documentation, and compliance are on point. Support, coach and motivate team members to uphold high standards. Lead on HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 practices. Own the night when it comes to quality assurance across a busy, end-to-end production line. Keep your eyes sharp - spotting, solving and preventing issues before they happen. Work closely with production teams to ensure everything we do is up to scratch and beyond.
