We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team as Assistant Retail Manager on a 30 hour contract, 5 days over 7, at our Drive Thru shop in the Leven area!
What You’ll Do
Your main role will be to support the retail manager in all aspects of operations and team management in your shop, including:
* Leading by example and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets whilst providing our customers with a great shopping experience every time.
* Working closely with the Retail Shop Manager to monitor and maximise the performance of the team.
* Completing compliance tasks to ensure that the shop is running diligently.
* Participating in hands-on tasks such as operating the till and assisting with busy periods.
* Sharing morning, afternoon, and late afternoon shifts on a rota basis.
* Handling cash and ordering stock to ensure optimum availability for our customers.
So it's a busy hands-on role!
