Duties

* Maintain organised filing systems and manage data entry tasks accurately
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
* Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
* Previous clerical experience is preferred
