I’m keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) looking to join a leading specialist firm focused exclusively on contentious wills, trusts, and estates disputes.

The Role
• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including inheritance claims, will disputes, trust litigation, and executor/trustee disputes
• Handle files independently from instruction through to resolution
• Work within a specialist national team with a strong pipeline of high-quality work
About You
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
• Strong hands-on experience in Contentious Probate
• Confident managing Inheritance Act claims, will validity disputes, trust disputes, and related litigation
• Excellent client care, communication, and case management skills
