LEGOLAND WIndsor Resort is recruiting for a Senior Chef De Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preapration and service-related duties
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time, Fully Flexible - 5 days out of 7 for either our breakfast or dinner offering with some holiday cover required over our busier times
Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Senior Chef De Partie would include...
* Managing the team within a kitchen, to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and completed
* Adhering to all Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations
* Following recipe specs to prepare, cook and serve high quality dishes within the required component standards
* Organising the kitchen team to work in a clean, tidy, methodical, and organised fashion
* Completing orders and stock counts ensuring all aspects of stock management are covered as well as tracking wastage
* Estimating the daily production requirements and creating prep and par levels
* Completing HACCP paperwork and ensuring all products are correctly dated
* Delegating workflows for the Chef de Parties and other kitchen team members
* Completing opening and closing duties to a high standard and ensuring all cooking equipment is switched off and isolated at the end of shift
* Obtaining full knoweldge of all menus and items served
* Undertaking relevant training and renewals as required
What is required for this role?
* Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
* Food Safety Qualifications required
* Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the managment team
* Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
* Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
