Location – Leeds
Have you recently qualified or are you a Property Manager wanting the opportunity to work for a large global organisation where you have the chance to develop quickly in your role?
We are looking for a Property Management Surveyor to join our Leeds Asset Services team.
You will join a growing team, who have had great success across the West Yorkshire market over the last couple of years.
As well as having a strong influence locally, you will be part of the larger UK team working closely across larger clients and their portfolios. This is also a chance to build your wider knowledge with our internal teams within Building Consultancy and Agency to spot opportunities to work together with some of our key clients.
This is a key role within the Asset Services team in Leeds working on a variety of key clients’ properties, with mixed property types, such as retail, multi-let, leisure and office making this an interesting and varied role, having a breath of properties to manage located throughout West Yorkshire.
The ideal person will have previous experience working in a Property Manager role, dealing with multi-use properties, you will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross selling with our internal local and national teams.
Account management is key, so you will be someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.
Key knowledge and qualifications:
• MRICS
• Commercial property management and property management systems experience
• Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
