Private Client NQ - 5 PQE Solicitor - Bristol

We're seeking a motivated and personable Solicitor of NQ - 5 years PQE to join their growing Wills, Probate, Trusts and Mental Capacity team. You'll work closely with a wide range of clients, helping them plan for the future with confidence and compassion.
The successful candidate can expect to advise on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
* Drafting Wills and trusts
* Probate and estate administration
* Inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies
* Succession planning for individuals and families
* Mental capacity issues, including LPAs and Court of Protection work
Candidate Requirements:
* 0-5 years' PQE in private client law
* Solid experience in Wills, probate, and estate planning
* A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* STEP membership and/or SFE accreditation is a plus-but not essential
* A genuine interest in helping clients navigate sensitive life decisions
