40Hr Contract, Full Availability Required 8am Till Midnight
As a Team Leader, you will use your existing experience to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the cinema. In addition to providing leadership and support to our Team Members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our guests and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
2. Stock Control
3. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
4. Addressing and resolving customer complaints
5. Induction, Coaching & Training of Team Members
6. Maintaining Standards
7. Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
8. Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
9. Addressing & Resolving complaints
10. Monitoring Compliance
