HR Manager

We have a fantastic new role within our growing HR department, reporting to the Group Head of HR & Development, playing a key part in people direction and development of the business. This role will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of Airedale, overseeing HR processes and procedures across the group.

Brackley / Hybrid
Promote and drive best practice in people and culture management.
Provide advice and guidance to all levels of management on employee related issues, ensuring fair and ethical management.
Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management.
Process leavers including the submission of the resignation acceptance letters and calculating leavers’ final Pay in Lieu of annual leave due.
Assist with projects, such as a new HR system roll out and introduction of employee benefits scheme ensuring these align with group HR.
Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedure and legislation.
Co-Ordinate compliance for legal processes, such as a disciplinary or grievance.
Support in HR administration, when required.
Assist with updating payroll with new starter, leaver and variation data.
Experience of working within a standalone HR role.
