We're now seeking two ambitious self-employed personal trainers to join our team — experienced coaches who want to grow their business within a high-end, independent facility.
The Opportunity
This is a rent-based, self-employed role ideal for trainers who want freedom, flexibility, and professional credibility.
You'll run your own coaching business within our space, supported by the strength of our brand and the quality of our environment.

What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum)
* Proven experience delivering client results
* Full insurance (Public Liability + Professional Indemnity)
* Excellent communication and professionalism
* Confident building and managing your own client base
* Motivated, business-minded, and passionate about long-term success
Your Role
As a self-employed coach at Ace Conditioning, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality personal training and small-group sessions
* Manage your own clients, pricing, and schedule
* Uphold the professional standards and values of our facility
* Engage positively with our gym community and brand
Rent & Setup
This is a rent-based arrangement — you'll pay a fixed monthly rent to operate your business from our gym.
In return, you'll have unlimited access to the facility for training clients, filming content, and running your sessions.
