Description
As a MOS Operative, you will work on Traffic Management Schemes for various projects. Your primary responsibilities include manual control of traffic light systems on site to ensure smooth traffic flow and effective site condition monitoring. You may also assist qualified operatives to ensure efficient job execution while maintaining high Health and Safety standards. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role.
This role suits individuals who enjoy outdoor, physical work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand safe working methods and best practice procedures. Learn to carry out risk assessments and prepare method statements for traffic management works.
2. Ensure all activities comply with established procedures. Identify areas for improvement and report to your line manager.
3. Assist with daily vehicle checks to ensure vehicle cleanliness, tidiness, and safety for drivers and passengers.
4. Promote a positive company image through appropriate attire, attitude, and site cleanliness.
5. Assist the public by directing them through safe site lines when required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Training provided:
* Lantra 12d accreditation - TTMBC
Experience and Qualifications:
* Valid UK Driving License
