Job Description:
We are looking for an Aesthetician Therapist who is professional and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic, enjoying building relationships with clients. They should have a great personality and be able to work well both alone and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
20 Hours per week, Monday-Sunday (flexible).
Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates with 1 year to 3 years of experience in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
PRF
Exosomes
HydraFacial's
Alma Harmony Treatments
Tattoo Camouflage
Chemical Peels
Scarlet (Rf with microneedling)
Microneedling
Advanced skincare treatments
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and team members. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs. Contribute to business growth through effective client retention and referrals. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following infection control procedures.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Passion for the aesthetics industry.
Proven experience as an Aesthetic Therapist or similar role in clinical or spa settings.
Certification or qualification in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Sales-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments.
NVQ/BTC Level 2, 3, and 4 qualifications with a minimum of 1-5 years of industry experience as a therapist.
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and care, educating clients on skincare routines,
Post treatment care, and products to enhance treatment outcomes.
Implement selling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and products (commission based).
Therapists may be required to undertake additional duties as needed by the business
Outstanding customer service skills.
Willingness to undergo additional training as necessary.
