About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. It is a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Each day will be different, so you can expect a varied and rewarding workload. You may support residents with food and drink and follow care plans, or ensure each resident receives one-to-one time. This opportunity lets you use your skills meaningfully and develop your career.
About You
You should have experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-heartedness should shine through, and you must be able to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents. We will provide all the training you need to thrive.
