CaterKwik Ltd are looking to recruit 4, Level 3 Business Admin Apprentices to join their team this September

As part of this role you will get the chance to experience working in all departments, including; Sales, Finance, IT and Customer Services
Key Responsibilities include;
* Provide administrative support to various departments including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
* Assist with ordering processing, invoicing and documentation
* Coordinate meetings, schedules and travel arrangements
* Support stock control and supplier communications
* Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers regarding office needs
CaterKwik are seeking dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. As a customer-facing business, outstanding communication and customer service abilities are essential to ensure a positive experience for every client.
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to secure a permeant role
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
Salary: £7.55 starting salary, increasing to £8.55 after 6 months then £9.55 after 12 months
