What to Expect Youll be joining Raylos high-performing Buying & Operations function at a time of exciting growth, with the business aiming to expand its customer base by 60% in the next year primarily via To support this, were significantly growing our product range and doubling down on device availability and commercial optimisation. In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring that our refurbished and new tech products (including phones and accessories) are available, profitable, and delivered on time. Youll split your time evenly across supplier coordination, purchase ordering, inbound logistics and inventory tracking. Youll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team but will be trusted with real ownership from day one. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of commercial buying, supply chain operations and partner management. Youll work closely with teams across the business and be given clear, accelerated development toward a Buyer or Category Manager role as you grow with us. What Youll Do Own end-to-end demand planning and inventory management across multiple product categories, ensuring the right balance between availability and minimal waste. Analyse data, market trends, and performance KPIs to generate accurate, agile forecasts that enable proactive decision-making. Leverage data to forecast demand shifts, anticipate supply challenges, and influence commercial decisions that maximise customer satisfaction and business performance. Monitor supplier delivery performance, identifying, escalating, and resolving delays or discrepancies to maintain a consistent and reliable supply flow. Track and report on product availability and stock health, identifying risks early and implementing data-led actions to optimise performance. Support product launches and seasonal changes through detailed forecasting and precise delivery coordination. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners, communicating insights clearly and driving collaboration that enhances efficiency and service levels. Champion continuous improvement, enhancing forecasting tools, reporting dashboards, and analytical processes to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency. Drive accountability through clear KPI tracking, reporting, and regular performance reviews, ensuring that every decision is grounded in data and aligned to business goals. Youll Succeed With A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or a degree with supply chain or procurement modules). 1 years of experience in data analytics in a supply chain, operations role or similar, ideally in consumer tech, eCommerce, or FMCG. Analytical mindset with proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support decision - making. Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing pricing, PO accuracy, and stock forecasts with suppliers and logistics partners. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships with professionalism and pace. Exceptional time management, attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
