Job Description
As a Senior CDP, you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. Your main responsibilities include leading service, maintaining high standards set by the Executive Chef, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. You will run the pass during service and manage the kitchen alongside your team.
The Senior CDP will:
* Complete service to a high standard
* Maintain high quality of food offering
* Abide by all EHO requirements
* Ensure the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
* Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded
* Make orders of supplies and ingredients
Skills & Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience working in a busy kitchen
* Creativity, flair, and passion for your craft with a keen eye for detail
* Flexibility to work including weekends and evenings
* Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A friendly demeanour and genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues
