Driven by excellence and continuous improvement, this role is for a fixed term of 24 months. The role is scoped to be full-time during the first 12-18 months, then part-time for up to 12 months (60%). Deliverables have a maximum 18-month horizon with a 6-month bedding-in period.
Key Duties
1. Design and Implement OE Strategy: Work with the business to develop and execute a comprehensive Operational Excellence strategy aligned with oneCulina's business goals.
2. Enhance OE Visibility Across the Business: Promote OE initiatives across all business units, creating platforms to share best practices and track performance improvements.
3. Standardise OE Approach and Benefits Tracking: Roll out a consistent methodology for OE / CI projects, including tools for tracking benefits and measuring impact.
4. Launch and Scale Repeater Projects: Identify, initiate, and scale standardised CI projects that can be replicated across sites and functions.
5. Team Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the OE & CI team, ensuring alignment and capability development.
6. Drive for Enterprise Excellence: Expand excellence into all areas of the organisation, promote a top-down culture change, and foster sustainable growth by leveling up colleagues and managers alike.
Qualifications and experience include proven leadership in Operational Excellence and CI, preferably in logistics & supply chain, with hands-on operational knowledge, exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, success in embedding OE culture, experience managing high-performing teams, and the ability to set clear objectives in complex, matrixed organisations.

Reporting to the Group Transformation Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Culina's OE strategy, working with business units and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and develop tools to assess and improve organisational capabilities.
