As Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include:
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing quotes, enquiries, and orders within 24 hours.
* Liaise cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date business documents and correspondence.
* Track customer needs, project pipelines, forecasts, and market trends.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions where needed.
Experience required:
