Outpatient Clinic Coordinator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and within time, this position will be based at the BAIRD Family hospital.
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday 0830-1630 and Friday 0830-1308 (hours may be open to negotiation upon successful appointment). 32.64 hours per working week.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Work on your own initiative as well as a team player, be self‑motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands.
* Maintain regular contact with staff across the service.
* Serve as supervisor for admin staff within the team.
* Deal with patients and colleagues in a confident, caring, and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
* Be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
