Weekend Sales Support Assistant (Part-Time)
Saturday, Sunday and Monday | 9am - 4:30pm | £30-32k FTE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting customer orders, deliveries, and sales administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing delivery schedules, handling queries and claims, and liaising effectively with customers, hauliers, and internal teams. You will be expected to work to strict daily deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Key requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Good IT skills, including Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
* A reliable, team-oriented approach
Desirable: Experience with SAP or within a logistics/customer service environment.
