A well-established consultancy is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to join their Leeds office at Associate / Director level. This is a leadership opportunity to manage projects, mentor engineers and help grow the infrastructure team.


Responsibilities

* Lead civil infrastructure projects
* Provide technical oversight across drainage and highways
* Manage and mentor engineering teams
* Maintain and develop client relationships
* Support business development


Requirements

* Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent)
* Strong background in civil infrastructure design
* Experience with drainage, SuDS and highways schemes
* Experience with Civil 3D and InfoDrainage
* Strong leadership and client-facing skills
