AvantiGas is a leading supplier delivering clean and efficient LPG and energy solutions across England, Scotland, and Wales. We offer a range of energy products and service solutions including off-grid LPG bulk gas, LPG bottles, and aerosol propellant.

We serve business and residential customers from various sectors, providing professional and safe service via our network of distribution centres, two inland gas terminals, and a UK-based emergency call centre that handles maintenance, service, and aftercare.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player committed to our customers' and our business's success. You will focus on growing and developing existing contracts and generating new business through new strategies.

You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to generating new business, engaging with customers in person within the specified postcode areas: S, DN, WF, LS, HG, YO, HU, DL, TS, LN, DH, SR, NE (subject to adjustment). There will also be occasional meetings at our Chesterfield headquarters and infrequent national travel.

Key responsibilities

* Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities
* Achieve targets related to volume, revenue, gross margin, and other KPIs
* Manage pipeline activities including prospecting, re-contracting, and pricing
* Build trusted relationships with existing accounts and internal partners
* Drive new products and strategies, including OEM relationships
* Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

You'll need

* Proven success in technical B2B sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tenacity and motivation for sales
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Salary of £38,000 with an OTE of approximately £40,000
* Job-provided car
* Private health insurance
