We have an exciting opportunityfor someone seeking to join a fastpaced and innovativeorganisation. Were looking for a creative resultsdriven and handsonFleet Sales Manager to join the Polestar UK team. Home based andwith travel to head office (Bicester) customer meetings and events(nationwide) required along with the potential for someinternational travel.
This is a key rolereporting into the Head of Fleet Sales where youll be responsiblefor sales relationship building and activities in the fleet segmentacross the UK. You will use the new digital sales process andsystem to maximise sales and build a consistent order bank. Weredriving change in the fleet market with a truly unique approach tocustomer centricity collaboration and partnership. Successfulcolleagues need to know the traditional market but embrace changeand be bold in the pursuit of improving customer experience atevery level from driver to fleet manager and leasingprovider.
Whatyoull do
* Manage thecorporate sales channel within your territory of theUK.
* Develop existing relationships and buildnew ones with corporate clients.
* Work closelywith the Head of Fleet Sales to draw opportunities and leads out ofthe major leasing company account management teams throughreferrals and endorsements.
* Teach and buildunderstanding of the Polestar brand within the UK fleet segmentthrough events and meetings that growawareness.
* Identify and maximise the salesopportunities for Polestar within the corporate market (EndUser).
* Develop and own an industry leading CRMsolution that maximises presale contract and renewalopportunities.
* Budget planning and forecastingfor weekly monthly quarterly and yearly salestargets.
* Take a handson approach with day today customer operations and the interaction between customerleasing provider and Polestar.
* Contribute tothe building and maintenance of a Total Cost of Ownership analysistool for senior management use.
* Strongcollaboration and coordination with Polestar HQ Fleet team andwider Polestar UK team.
* Build the Polestarbrand profile through identification and implementation of testdrive strategies in conjunction with public Polestar eventlocations Polestar Spaces and customeropportunities.

* Proven experience working in automotive fleetin a similar role is essential.
